I’ve really appreciated your voice on this issue, Bob, ever since running into you at Transitions ’17 in Grand Rapids last fall. I saw a post on LinkedIn this week where a teacher proudly posted a before-and-after of his classroom, saying “We’re embracing innovation at School X!” The “before” was a picture of rows of tables without wheels on them; the “after” was a picture of rows of tables with wheels on them. The Pinterest-first mindset is something we really need to get away from.
